    Yes all the drops are working so far on Crystal with the implementation of the new emulator and retail like drops. The only bosses I have yet to see drop anything are Padma, Sema, Ragnarok, and Omega. Beshmundir Temple is dropping everything and every instance that has been checked except for Abyssal Splinter and Dredgion seem to be working fine as well. There was one group in Kysis Chamber today who had a few pieces of Dragon Deity General dropping that I saw.
