[Help] Account Bug

Ok so i just finally fixed Aion...and i can log on and stuff but now there is the screen with "Cautoon- Aion was designed for to be a one race game. In a few monthes we will delete duel race and make only one race per account...." -- So i tried to hit ok and its like FROZE or someting and i can't get rid of it. Since i can't get rid of it i cant delete my other account or logon to any character. So could anyone give information on how to fix?

 

try give ur accnt to friend u trust do it for you. actually 1 of my accnts got asmos and elyos on same accnt but i didnt had problem like that. gl.

well first of all, if u read the message properly, its meant for retail aion and has no effect on our server whatsoever so no, u wont get ur chars deleted and no its not related to ur freezes

i suggest u repair ur client in the ncsoft launcher and reinstall the gamez launcher, that should fix it

btw ull get that message every time u login (as long as u have both races on the same account). i get them too

 

yeah i know that but my aion doesnt need repairs

try it.. you sed its froze wen u hit the ok buton..so something might be wrong.. trying will not hurt thou.. :3

if im not mistaken.. its the same one that u press during update, ncsoft .. xD but, lolx.. hey, smartik1! i think its wrong lolx..

 

im confused to i press the update button or no?

 

right click aion in ur ncsoft launcher, the repair button is there

update only checks if ur version is the latest (or possibly adds/updates files if they r outdated), but it doesnt deal with corrupt files

tbh i even update using the repair button

 

well ill see when its done repairing thanks guys

 

OK so it finished repairing and i tried again it still didnt work

 

well the other common reason is directx altough not 100 percent sure thats ur case

aion is a dx9 game so it has issues with newer ones, so try this

graphics rendering? and fixing these errors? xD

usually its needed when aion crashes during start or throws one of those cry whatever file errors at u

a directx 9 game wont see dx11 coz its too new, so it doesnt know what to do coz it thinks u have no directx

 

Where do i put file??

 

my account has asmo and elyos too... didnt encounter any problems like this

 

i don't know im really sad

 

its better to give link to microsoft site for directx(safer). ^^
