Farming?

So i been scrolling trough forums tryn to find some answers about where to farm for gear/kinah and such.
I understand that there is a way trough crafting wich takes really long time to learn and i m very new to this game. Also can go DP to farm the 50 gear bla bla. But i m only lvl 35 and it seems hard enough to find people to do group quests with, so farming in DP i m guessing its hard to find groups. Is there any way to farm somewhere on ur own? wich class could survive best in DP? Is there any way to get yellow items in other maps that arent like DP (i mean that u dont need a group of people) Where do yellow items for lower lvls then 50 drops? And where do u buy rental armor for lvl 50 inched:? Where do u get gear such as ABG(except from donations ofc). There is aloooot questions but i m just confused and trying to survive in aion =) so if anyone feels kind enough to help me with this confusion would be really nice :innocent:.

 

armors mean nothing below lvl 50, trust me on that. just use ur latest wep from a npc shop and ull be just fine, getting to 50+ is very easy with these high rates

the first yellow gear ull want is lvl 50 at abyss core (the huge orange ball in the middle). to get to the abyss, use a blue portal above any major town. u can go farm there alone, elder stuff drops from virtually every kill there (i suggest the orange dragon mobs, they have less hp)

any class can survive DP, no class can really solo it (well u can if ur a healer and wanna waste lots of time). a good setup is healer (preferably cleric), tank (glad or temp) and a dmg dealer. 3 people can clear it easily and get lots of gear for themselves. to get a dp party, just go to a dp entrance, people form parties there. u get anuhart in dp (identical to elder but has a set bonus). ull be using that one for a long time

there is no rental armor for lvl 50 and tbh u wont need it, elder is better

abg is from the website shop, u dont need to donate, just vote for it. its also tradable ingame from people that have VIP so u can buy it for ingame stuff

EGT set / weapons - obtain from abyss armor NPC.
u nid gold medals + ap to buy this.. =*gold medals obtain from fortress seige as reward*

if u really want abg.. u can vote for the server *takes time* and earn credit .. u can purchase it by ur user cp options..

~if u reach lvl 50, farm elders on core.. then go with grups run for DP.. u can also look in the broker for good stuff.
~ kinah... craft scrolls put it in the broker, sell elder to npc.. during dp run get the spare thing that no one nid and can be use by other class.. u can sell it..

 

yeah but he needs a decent gear to pvp for AP so he will need elder/anuhart first xD

but yes EAT/EGT is the next best gear with pvp bonus

 

xD i would rather go dp.. after getting to lvl 50.. rapist is on core..

 

depends on ur race, depends on the type of the day, depends on ur luck xD

it really takes like 5 mins or so really fast to gear up there. but yeah if u get a good party, in 1-2 hours u can have full anuhart + acc (takes 2 runs since u need a 2nd ring/earring)

dp is really simple.. well, u had to be generous to those greedy ones in the pt.. xD >,> hey, amless,still there.. xD or are yah farming elder..lolx

anyways i dont like dp much these days for several reasons
1. feels like a spanish server, people dont speak english, they just spam what they need no matter what u say
2. ninja loot everything, theres nothing left
3. nub leaders who wont change gain

its better to do it with some1 u can trust or some1 who already has their gear

when i do dp for others, i generally start as leader, set it to leader/normal gain so i link items and let them take what they need, if i find them stealing stuff they dont need then i just take all and trade it to those that need it. if they r trustworthy we end up setting free for all/normal so anybody can just take what they want

the only exception is tahabata, i let them take the shield coz its untradable, then auto loot and trade them what they ask for. that guy drops 4-5 rows worth of boss drops and if they take turns, he disappears with most of the stuff in him

i dont recommend it. abyss has lvl 50 mobs (not that much hp but can hurt) and theres pvp from time to time. ud die too much. get higher lvl first (around lvl 47+ is fine)

 

not yet.. wen u reach lvl 50..thats the time to farm.. do some quest at theobomos obsevatory at lvl 40-45..
atm, u shud grind mobs.. its the best way to lvl up..
