GM: ABG Long bow gone after fusing with Enrage Mastarius Long bow(w/o Stats)

    hi GM,

    My ABG Longbow Dissappear after fusion with Enrage Masta Long Bow without additional Stats.. Pls check my ACC log and help me pls~

    You should have a screenshot of your purchase from the Add Items section of the User CP, and if possible, a screenshot of the armsfusion.

    And yes, if you do have the log of the transactions, please post it too.

    Hi GM,

    Server: Siel
    Acc:Astynome
    Character nick: Articz
    Missing item: ABG Longbow
    time: 14 Feb 3 - 4.30am

    This is what happened, i've bought a ABG Longbow on 14 febuary 2011 at 02:06:12am(as shown in screenshot 2). Recieved the abg longbow in my account when logged in. Decided to fuse the weapon with Enrage Mastarius's longbow(as shown in screenshot 1)2-3 hours later, succeeded thats screenshot 3 was not taken. Logged off and change char to my glad (Astyz) to trade off my gold medals to a friend Mcgriddles (glad). Log off and log in my ranger to slot manastones and was in a shock that my weapon does not have the fused abg stats and my ABG longbow is gone too. Posted in problem section there was no reply, looked for gm online but no gm is in. understandable because its very early in the morning, so i bought a second ABG bow to fused(shown in screenshot 2) at 14 febuary 05::16:43 AM. Pls help to investeigate gm. Thank you.

    i only traded the second bow recently~ and i'm very sure thats the only bow i traded which is the second Enraged Mastra bow i bought~ did my log say i traded both abg bow away? i'm sure its dosen't becoz in this server i only traded an enrage mastra bow... For your info gm, i only have vip starting from 16 feb to 16 march? how can i trade away the abg bows? its not logical~ Fynie pls help me look into this~ thx again~ pls help~ :p

    Really?? I always tried to fuse my EMasta tome to ABG - and use it , I dont Disappear :) maybe what u mean is that the item u bought is Duped
