Item Refund!!

    Can any GM/AM's help about my problem with my ABG Plate Armor?

    This time I earned 2K credits and I wanted to Buy ABG Plate, and then I go to Gamezaion webpage and I log-In my Account and I try to Buy ABG Plate Using my 2K Credits and then I click the ABG plate armor and then I confirmed it next...

    After that I log-in my account a few minutes later and when I look at my Inventory ABG Jerkin appears in my Inventory instead the ABG Plate...

    I hope some GM/AM's can refund my ABG plate..

    Eric, You need to review those screenshots again. the second screenshot show you purchased the ABG Jerkin, not the ABG Breastplate as you said. So the item didn't go missing, you might of mis-clicked.

    Good for you, bcause you received. mine im not. i buy credit for abg leather belt 1500k. but whene i log in. i dont received, in my history i have purchased the item. dont know if they refund in me. im hoping for my belt :(

    sorry but u wont get plate chest , since it clearly shows that u bought the jerking.
    the thing i recommend to do is to try trade it away for a plate version in game (if ur VIP), many ppl have done this mistake before and never got it returned since they miss clicked.

    Awww bad luck man. Since the SS doesnt show that you clicked ABG plate you wont get the plate item. Aecoon is right. You will just have to try trading it for the breastplate IG.

    mis-clicked? Because after I click the ABG Plate and its clearly ABG plate when I purchase.

    But when I looked into my history it showed that ABG Jerkin has been purchase instead of ABG plate. Hope you can help me because I'm not using Jerkin,Chain or Cloth I'm a using only Plate and I have only 3 Character all warriors..

    The problem is..... When you clicked it you may have seen it as ABG Plate. But according to the screen shot it shows ABG Jerkin was in fact the piece of armour bought. There is no possible way of seeing that you clicked ABG Plate in any of those screen shots. That is why you wont get a refund on the item. It wont matter if you insist that you clicked on ABG Plate because the evidence says otherwise. Bad luck man but you wont get any help with this. You will just have to move one and leave it alone. Try trading it for Plate In-Game
