Ranger 3 skills - WOrking Bad

    Bestial Fury I - it was Decrased Atk. speed by 20 procent, it must Incerased by 20 procent.

    Retreating Slash I - don't push me back 25m just 1m.

    Hide I - moobs see me, Players don't lost target when i'm going hide.

    Ranger range is bugged too, they use skills from 28m, bow range is 25m as far as i know.

    Sorry i'm wrong with Bestial Fury atk. speed but Hide still don't work correctly.
