IP Banned Bug ( pls help release)

Greetings Staffs and Admin,

My friend (one Account only) IGNS: Phyrophilic , Quisp , Ytuui and Sphylic is one of the banned people because of the mass ban bug. Please release my friend's ID.
She's innocent you can check your ban lists and she just got back playing today. Pls pls help.
She just donated at the server as well. She's devastated now. pls, pls...
