Item not received after buy in the site

I bought a ABG shield in the site, stayed log out for 10 min and then when i log in, the abg shield wasn't there and my credits gone.After this, i came back to see to history to verify that my item was bought but nothing too.

were u logged out for a few mins before u bought it? also did u have inventory space for it?

this is gonna be hard since u dont have ur purchase history

 

I was logged, then i logged out and bought it, i had free space in my inventory

well there is nothing to check. if it didnt get recorded in the purchase history then its definitely not ingame either

u sure ur checking the right purchase history? there r like 3 different ones based on the section of the website shop. try check again (under the purchasing items section, the correct server and character) just in case

if i were u id also make sure u didnt buy it for another character or server by accident

 

I dont have char in the other server, also i checked all my chars

 

this is gonna be hard to get back since it didnt show up in purchase history

seems like these days screenshoting things ingame isnt enough, better screenshot website purchases too (at least seeing credits drop by 2k with no change in purchase history is enough of a proof for a start) or recording a vid of it
