almost a month and nothing

well on the 15th of January i decided to use my old accounts credits and made a mistake by not checking which character i was logged in while purchasing a mastarius orb so it accidently went to lumiel because that was the server i played on till i realized siel is more populated and i didnt know account warehouse was per server only since gamez is the first aion i ever played well anyways i sended carl on email to [email protected] to see if its possible if he could transfer it to my siel character [posted ss's and everything]well what happened instead is the item completely dissapeared from my account so i sent carl a forum message and its been around 2 weeks and nothing happened
should i just give up and move on?

i tried pming carl again but its been 2 weeks and nothing happened
i asked him to help me transfer an item from lumiel to siel
but instead he just deleted it

Maybe if you threw in a couple hundred bucks more , Carl would reconsider whether it's worth to move his finger in order to help you .

 

insteed of creat threads about "i give up", u should try to pm all seniors Am's. Every single pm i answer and solve in 1-3 days.
