Unable to log in

Just two days ago, while I was talking to a friend. Character's seemed to stop moving and everything went silent. Right away I knew I was disconnected from the server. Well surely a few seconds later I did get disconnected. So I thought ok I'll just log in again.

Well, the title says it all. After the disconnection I thought I'd be able to login again, but I can't. The character I'm having this problem with is my Gladiator, Bastrios. To explain it, I'll select him then press Start at the bottom. Well I do, but nothing happens. I close out the game and log back in. I'm able to log in with another character and I have no trouble with it. I've sent an Untuck Request, I've posted in this thread~

I've been told to wait until the next Server Reboot/Restart, but I've been waiting for almost two days now. :sad: All help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

 

there seems to be an issue if u submit an unstuck request but continue to use the account for other chars

i suggest u submit a fresh one after some restart and then dont use the account till the next one (usually happens every 1-2 days)

 

You confused me a little there, may I please ask you to restate what you said? outy:

 

He said just leave the account unused for two days,because if you use acount with stuck character unstuck request isn't going to help.
Don't log in your account for two days and then try.
Hope this will help in your case,cuz in mine didn't so i cant use primary character for two weeks now....

might also have to submit another unstuck request (if it lets u) and then wait without logging the account

in any case they should really give gms the power to unstuck chars manually. they cant do it and the automated system is bugged (just like many other things around here)

 

Thanks for giving me the heads up, I just submitted another Player Unstuck Request for my character Bastrios. The two day wait is going to be hard for me..

 

nah lolz the server crashes so often u might not need to wait that long xD

btw just a note, dont use dots in thread titles causes internal server errors when trying to switch thread pages lol
