You cannot access the game threw this IP. (22) What does that mean?

    Hey guys,
    i have a question like the topic says.
    I didn´t play a for 1-2 Month and yesterday i logged in first time.
    I was in Morheim there were some Eli and i killed some.
    And today? I wanted to log in me on the server and then that....
    It always says: You cannot access the game threw this Ip. (22),
    does that mean I´m banned?
    And if I´m banned pls say me how to contect the admin to ask him why and so on.....
    cause i did nothing against the rules....
    can´t understand this....

    Its the login thats off again Yesterday same problem could take 10 minits or longer before they have it fixed :) so dont worry but its anoying i know :annoyed: But the only thing that we can do is wait and make many threads that its anoying :pinched:

    Same problem here. Server Siel
    Yesterday after a game crash I cant login because of this error, and I have updated the client just 2 days ago

    EDIT: New launcher fixed problem for me just now

    please help me someone i've never had this error before, i play on siel server. all i did was take a rift to elysea and kill a couple of eloys a logged out to take a break, then i tried to logg in again and its giving me that error. am i baned? because i dont know how to have my way out of a paper bag if thats what its for. if i am banned could someone please tell me how i can contact a GM or support, or something to raise an issue so i can speak with some administrators about this? thank you!
