    What garden? I think you mean gender, hmmm I think it can only do plastic surgery and not change gender. >,<

    yeah u need a gender change ticket for that

    also gender change should allow u to do plastic surgery since females dont use same hairstyles etc :p

    also i think they were broken o_O

    Plastic surgery works fine... i use it like 5 or so days ago.-------> you need plastic surgey ticket.
    About Gender change ticket... dont know if work honestly
