well if it can help, i just followed the instruction given by a player here when the ip ban thing starts and that is to download the launcher from the website and reinstall it and voila, i can connect everytime that ip thing materialize.....hope it help

 

but it dont tell me about the ip

and now when i try to open the launcher it appear a SendLogClient -.- this is Getting Very bad

ok so dunno if this will help but u can give it a try...
reinstall ur DirectX and after repair the client with NCsoft , download and reisntall gamez launcher.
(u got N America on client right?)
