cant kisk...

my assassin cant use kisk, i can use obelisks just fine but cant use kisk, when i click a kisk its just makes the clicking sound that it usually makes when u click one but the prob is, the question that asks you if want to bind to the kisk does not appear, so its impossible for me to do so... its the only char in my account that has this problem and i've already tried logging out and re entering the game but to no avail... pls help me...
