    yes platinum medals exist in gamez, as i got 100 medals 3 weeks ago from a trade i can even prove it, but i just keep in silent lol

    They say you do the quest which you will kill mobs and loot 50 quest items in exchange for 1 platinum medal, but when I try it didnt work for me, so i guess those medals now are dupes
