App crash?

Hi there:

I'm from Chile and i have the following problem. I did all the necessesary to play the game (download it with nc launcher, set the option for north america, install it with nec launcher, downloaded the gamez aion launcher ... everything) and when I try to play, as soon as the ncsoft screen shows up, a notification pops up and tells me this ...

As far as i understood, this "appcrash" has to do with the application itself, so I don't know what happened. Please help me

run a repair with NCSoft , might help

aaand it didn't work ... any other solution?

 

teh proble is with following file "aion.bin" ... if someone has it please share it ^^

btw ... I've tried the repair and restarting the pc...
I'm using windows 7

pd: ups! it says that the problem is the following module: "CrySystem.dll"

 

ok never mind y fixed the problem .. it had to do with directx ... thanks anyways
