Missing items :( Because of Bug.

Elyos : Assasin (EGT leather set +15, pvp accessories, 2x Taha sword +15.
Inventory : Tahabata Spear, 54 Bill (Kinah), Running scrolls 20x and Anuhart parts.
Warehouse : Lots of stigma shards, Bought them with credits.

Asmodian : Sorcerer (EAT Cloth set +15, PVP accessories, Taha orb +15 Fused).
Inventory : 95 Bill (kinah) pether Jelly, Running scrolls 30x, Raging wind scrolls 30x (Increase Casting).
Warehouse : eefff dont know it any more

Asmodian : Ranger (EAT leather set +15, PVP accessories, Noble Sky Dragon Emperor's Bow.
Inventory : Enraged Mastarius bow, Enchanting stone's (Needed to + the Masta bow), Anu ranger +15 set, Running scrolls 50x, Raging wind scrolls (Attack speed) 35x, 150 bill(Kinah), Mana stone Attack +5 (around 10 dont know the exact number), and Mana stone +17 Crit 15x Dont know exact number.
Warehouse : Dont know

How it happend: I was Playing on my sorcerer, and i fell down of a cliff in heiron and i died. When i died immidately got respawned but i was dead, but i could still walk and jump but the whole HUD was gone and the screen was like when ur dead and blurry.
So i quitted aion and restarted it, but when i logged on again all my gear, weapons ETC ETC were gone .
So i quickly logged on my Ranger and everything was gone there, than i knew enuf i was screwed :annoyed:
So i didn't play for a while and i started playing again but it cost me so much efford to get all of the stuff that i had.

So please AM's HELP ME OUT

Ok, my question is: where is the proofs?

 

how can you get proof if its lost immediately?

 

I got screen shots of the characters with the gear and well they are naked now with nothing on them Trust if you want you can log my account to see for ur self !!

 

What are your character names?
And, did you buy all the gear with those characters on the website?
