Still not released

Hello Staff and Admin it's me again.

My friend ign Quisp is not yet released. We waited for a very long time. The problem is not bug. We already try log in to other pc (which has the bug fix) and in cp she is also blocked. We presume it's not bug anymore. Kindly release her ID for she donated in this server and it will just all be in vain. She doesn't have any reason to be blocked at all. If this can't be done, she demands a refund. Thank you.

 

This case is almost 2 weeks already if there is a helpful staff here please help my friend, we are donating here for nothing...

 

as a costumer and a player i guess staff now are not helpful at all this is my comment only...

my friend donated 150 USD after that she got ban WTF? !!!

she is only a starter a newbie then this is what happen what a great community we have...

So please help her its almost 2 weeks..................

 

probably coz ur going about it all wrong

for banned players there is the ban appeals section. let her submit her problem and account name there, that is where staff members go to check whether bans r legitimate and either unban u or give u a reason as to why u were banned

a thread like this will just die away without them getting a chance to see it

the result is still cannot log in game either website too. LOL

yes and both of those gave u a positive response. ur not on the ban list (unless u got urself banned again coz of the messed up launcher that banned everyone who tried to login)

could u post whatever it tells her when she tries to login?

btw carl takes like 2-4 weeks to reply 2 days arent much, but yeah hes really slow >.>

in any case, tell her to download the new launcher (it fixed the ban problems) and ask Bryne to check the ban logs again just in case (Bryne is around right now and can respond)

 

I guess we're right about this. We got every right to complain.
Like i stated above, she, herself already posted a ban appeal and nothing happened.

not saying she has no right to complain. just said whats the most likely reason for the ban and how to fix it lol

anyway is not launcher problem
if launcher problem how come cannot access in website ?
others ID still can access it

 

because there was an issue with the old launcher that banned everybody who tried to login (a couple of 100 people banned themselves by trying to login that day)

they released a new launcher that doesnt auto ban u anymore
