    the new launcher apparently has an autoupdater for system.ovr for freefly and items.pak for trading untradables. however it causes more problems than it fixes and keeps throwing errors at people. thats why a lot of them go back to an old launcher or use a bat file to bypass the launcher completely

    @Tousen i dont believe "just press it" is an answer to his question xD

    We don't know, usually updates get posted in the Updates section. so i believe is not important to say what got updated, its probably something for the new launcher or w/e.

    updates section - nothing to do with clients, its completely server side updates
    rather than probably, i know for sure that its intended for the system.ovr and items.pak ^^

    if u have ur own system.ovr for freefly and ur own items.pak then dont bother coz chances r its only gonna screw things up

    tbh im not planning on even updating to this launcher :p i like my 7 months old one that actually works lol

    coz u probably dont use the most recent launcher :p carl posted a new one few days ago. in any case most people just end up with errors telling them that gamez updater is already running or something etc

    just causes more problems than it solves so if i were u i wouldnt bother as long as ur current launcher works

    could also be coz u just dont need anything updated :p never know, i didnt code it
