    Where should I level for 38+? I can't really do any quests without dying. I die at Theo :(.

    level at Heiron mobs till you get around level 42-45ish then take some quests at Jelaparan Village
    look for easy repeatable quests that dont require much killing but give good exp

    go theo at obs there are level 45s really easy to kill.

    98 percent of Herion. Only 2 areas where you can fly and it's mainly for aethergathering.
