Launcher problem

    Hey everyone hope somone can help me.I did everything same as my friend and his is working and myn not.The first time i loged in it was all ok.But once i exit the game and shut my pc down,the next day i wanted to play it didnt want to start the launcher it yust says GamezAion Launcher has stopped worcking i reinstaled and did everything followed all guides i checked the forums but coldnt find anything that helped.I hope u can help me im runing Windows 7 and i dont thinck its because directx cuz i checked its updated to 11...
    So this is what i get when i try to launch it

    I allready re downloaded 2 times and i copyed my friends aion on my pc but still the same.Somone please help :(

    I allready did reinstal 2 times and after that failed 2 i copyed my friends worcking NCsoft/Aion Files on my USB and copyed on my pc same thing happend after i exited the game :/

    Uhhh geting depresive,starting to thinck i will never play gamez aion :S

    in all honesty, the new launcher sux and causes more problems than it fixes

    either use the old launcher

    or trash the launcher entirely and use a bat file to run the game

    in either case, copy the file into ur ncsoft\aion folder
