pvp improvement

    Hi.
    as i am well aware that the skill's can not be edited
    but there was one thing i was intrested in knowing if this is
    1) possible at all
    &
    2) going against the term's

    so i have notised alot os the time's when there are mutlipule people
    on one person, its basicly game over.
    but there is a posible was around this alowing that ne person to have
    some for of a fighting chance.
    this would be best if i describe a scene.

    1 player is been chased by 3 other's
    the one player we will call jim. :p

    so jim gets hit by a sleep arrow.
    he gets this effect of
    then he is hit by a bind
    after waiting he just about gets to move again
    but then he is put in to a shock.
    all in all jim didnt have any chance of fighting back
    or even getting to help.

    so what is my idea.
    the basic idea is that
    when i player adds an effect on to a player
    that stops the movment
    no other players can add an effect that will stop movment for 3 second's.

    this dose not meen that the player who put that 1st efect in will be bound
    to this timer, this well meen that a sin will still be able to keep stuns and a,hold
    and all the other class's with there hold chain's too.

    it will just simpley meen that no other player's will be able to
    mess with the movment of the target till that 3 second mark of another player's
    movment speed passing.

    Bump and a side note. i know this is only a nice idea. i was thinking about it an recoding a chunk of game like this will only lead to worse problem's
    but a girl can dream right ? :)
