Is it server fault?

    i have a problem. it appeared two days ago. was trying to log in... type the login and password and then i/ve cliked ok and.... the ok button and then.. nothing... i was waiting for 2 mins and i still was and the login page i was assuming that this was a server fail. i've deleted the game and the whole ncsoft and redownloaded it again ( of course on north merica region). yesterday it was working good but today the error appeard angain. i type the login and the passwors and then it stops and i can'y even click options and anything.. i tried to repair the game and it haven't worked. bu the way the gamezAion luncher displays that the server status is OFFLINE. is it a server fault or a game fault?? my aion version is 2.1.0.9

    same thing happen to me, so o lag first so i decided to quit then go on with the game, now i can't connect?i don't know if it is down time or server error or what.

    but it's a little bit strange... now the servert has a status online.. amd i still can't log in.. hmm.. when i typed incorrect login and password it said "ID doesn't match" so it checked that it was wrong. the why it deos not log me in?
