hello, this is a formal appeal to request my account to be unbanned. Though I have had a previous incident of with donations, this matter was completely resolved by Carl himself, and my account reinstated. Recently however, I have found out that my account has been banned again... and no reason given to me why. I formally request to have my account unbanned or at least ask for a reason why I was banned once more. I also realised that all the items I bought in Credit shop all disapeared! I would like to have those items back if I get unbanned.
