"You are disconnected from the game server"

Unstuck request.

Hello.

I too have problem with "You are disconnected form the game server".

I have three characters.
I can play in two without any problem but...
My third character (IGN: Harcownik) have problem with enter to game server.

Please do something.
I send unstuck request 3 or 4 times and wait one week. Still have problem.

Please unstuck my character.

Server: Game Z Aion
Subserver: Siel
Side: Elyos
IGN: Harcownik

I'm not going to play.

my 2 char/id always disconnect from the server.please fix it..

1. ID = makamselawe
char = Wayang
2. ID = myfa
char = irrka

all "SIEL" server and in inggison... please help me..thx..

2 Server restarts I have waited thru (3/12/2011). I have been Patient. I'm getting Frustrated. Frankly to be honest, I'm getting quite p-issed off.

I have taken all the necessary steps (Chain of Commands) that I am supossed to. You can in no way shape or form expect me to be happy about this so, if I come off as being un-friendly, I apologize (things could be worse). If you like I can start naming the AM's that I have personally spoken to an sent Private messages to on the forums about this matter.
I have follwed the rules step by step, just as I am supposed to do.
If you can't help me, or don't want to help me or maybe your not capable of helping me. FFS just say so. It will end the False hope that I have at this very moment.

A simple response. Thats all I ask for.


Please try an understand that Stiggles is my "main" toon if she is un-fixable, Please let me know. It's simple. I don't need the run around. Being told to contact this person, and this person, make a post here, make a post there, wait for another server re-start. It's B.S. Just be straight up. If there is no fixing it, just say that. Spare me false hope, stop wasting my time.

I'm only one person, I realize that. It's of a non importance. Reason being is that im not a certain person.

Maybe to whom ever it may concern in a position of making things happen can prove me wrong.

bump this, stiggles has donated over 300 dollars to the server and cant play for nearly 2 weeks now, waste of vip and everyones patience, Pls address this issue

Please someone atleast inform CARL and atleast tell us is this issue going to be fixed or not.
I think we deserv atleast to know wait more /now 1 month/ or just change game/server (i don't want to do this).
Please GMs looking this or same treads inform Carl or ask him to give you permissions to fix our characters so we could have fun playing and donating.
Hope to get reply atleast on PM with any respond.
