    tell him/her to send a Player Unstuck request and wait for server to reboot. Meanwhile he/she shouldnt log that account

    i actually think they broke the unstuck requests when moving the website coz im dealing with people who havent gotten unstuck for weeks. it just doesnt work anymore

    they should at least let GMs unstuck them manually coz right now its based on a process that doesnt work

    uh indeed i saw some players saying their chars havent been unstuck for a while now...i hope GM's unstuck them manually.

    edit : after they sent the unstuck request they shouldnt be accessing that account...i believe they do it anyways...so maybe that the reason their chars dont get the unstuck (just a thought)
