if this is not a bug? how it is possible? just watch the skills. he cast them insane fast.

please teach me to cast the skills so fast also.

and btw its not all that fast, pretty sure u could do it too if ur ping is low enough and u get decent FPS

 

my FPS is around 56

But agonising arrow have the lowest instant cast. How its possible to cast it in less then 0.2 sec?

I am a ranger also, played it all the time. I used enything. Attack speed 1.2+mau form+arrow flury+bestial fury and i still cant cast agonising so fast.

You are trying to say here that if i go with my computer on my internet satelite i will not be able to see how fast i cast the skills?

 

havent checked which skills hes using exactly, am not a ranger, was just judging by his attack rate which isnt all that fast (attack speed hackers do 3-4+ hits per second)

 

ok, i used same skills , same order and spamed the skills as fast as i could.
i used olso the bestial fury, but anyway attack speed CAN'T go lower then 1.2. So we CAN'T cast faster even if we have 0FPS and insane internet speed.

try this http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info13581-LeatrixLatencyFix.html lower your ping to minimum then get att scrols some att speed title like miragent holy templar master carved bow fused with abg bow full abg set on +15 with crit abg acc and u wont need to worry about att speed ull insta kill anyone...hm and by the way did u see what food he was using? there is no food that can speed up time but it can give him some POWAH

You can have in all items Attack speed increase , scrols with 100% Attack speed, the attack speed DON'T go lower then 1.2. This is MAX for ranger. NCsoft created the ranger like that.
