    Apparently the GMs can't ban him. Something about IP bans being inefficient, I don't know.

    That's why I emphasized on "Hackers".

    Just reset the router, and we can easily multi-vote.
    Sadly, I'm hooking up a wireless network with my uncle, so resetting the router is a no-no.

    Why don't they just range IP ban?

    Range IP Ban = Banning someones ip completely, whenever they change IP it automatically bans that IP.

    I hacked myself a long time ago and all i did was change IP but eventually they range ip banned me and i couldn't come back ever not even after months.

    Yea, let's officially ban several city blocks for one person.
    There's an easy fix - account ban.
    Unfortunately, hackers "somehow" know when a ban is incoming and are able to transfer all of their items to another account. I wonder how...

    ^^ server have a protection aganist that now ^^ they could implement a program on each client ip... once banned it would be saved on that program and the person would not be able to run gamez

    simillar with "sxe injected" on counter strike
