character is buged?

when i log in it is fine but when i go to select my main character (Gladiatorslegacy) and i press start it will just freeze but when i selecet other characters on he SAME account they work, and my legion sees my main (Gladiatorslegacy) online? and also how cna he be online when im on another character? and also it got buged in sanctum yet he is not in sanctum?? please help me i want to play my main x.x

 

its a stuck character

u need to login to the main website and submit a character unstuck request there, then preferably not log the account again till the next server restart (happens every 1-2 days most of the time)

 

i thought they only unstuk if ur like stuk somewhere in the game but this is like i cant even get on him and his not actualy in the game

 

thats actually what the function is for xD u cant get stuck in the game coz of the free return to bind skill and such

the unstuck request is for these chars that cant be logged in ^^

I had same problem kinda do you have your windows updated? Cause my screen froze and my mouse doesn't work, i wonder if ur having same problem. Try to see if u have any windows updates or any updates lol
