I cant login anymore - Help please

Hi people

I couldnt login anymore since yesterday. I made a atualization with ncsoft patch, instaled gamez patch again and had acess the game. I made log off, and tried to login again, and counldnt anymore. Says : Check your internet conection and try again.
When i try again says: Gamez updater is already running.
Somebody can help me please?

Ps.: I made already another thread about it and somebody said me to restart pc, i restarted my pc more than 10 times, its not a solution for this problem.

open task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and end process " updater.exe32"
than try opening the gamez launcher again

 

Ty for answer, Daaxie. I tried it already, when i open there no one updater from Gamez is running. I uninstlaed the pact from ncsoft and all the games inside there, and instaled again. Still same problem. All the time i make atualizations from Aion i have same problem, i cant acess Gamez anymore.

I had the same issue , when I terminated the updater.exe from task manager, relaunching and it worked.

 

reinstall the game.

I reinstaled already 2 times, and when i open task manager the program is not opened there. I dont know why windows is sending a fake message.
