    in the Pic below u can see theres no option to get a premium acct...only proof i got since i couldn't take a pic of the whole page....please restore my premuim.

    Send an email to [email protected] with your account information, and proof that you had VIP (Ingame screenshots work).

    The same issue happened to me, and when I provided that information my premium membership was reinstated.

    carl takes like 2-4 weeks to reply to his emails so ull have to wait for a while

    in the past they actually required screenshots of people having premium (of course nobody had them coz they didnt expect their premium to expire). they also said they fixed the issue months ago but they still havent but at least they eased up on the rules

    good luck...ull need it
