Caracter problem

Hello i have a problem and i dont know how to solve it
i have a caracter stuck
When i try log in i have this error

I make 2 unstuck request i w8 for 2 server restart and nothing happend
PLZ HELP

yeah ur character is stuck login to the main site, submit a character unstuck request and dont log the account till the next restart

i do think the character unstuck request is broken now however coz theres a group of people by now that have been trying this for a long time and it does nothing for them

btw scratching out ur desktop icons was funny xD (and doesnt change anything) ^^

honestly, stick with the launcher u have as long as it works, the new one caused problems for so many people im staying away from it

besides, this isnt a ban issue, its just a stuck character

 

hahaha he got prob. with his launcher too! hahaha

 

its not a launcher problem, the error pops up after the client closes (coz it d/cs him), not when he tries to run it

and yeah as i said the char unstuck requests r most likely broken

 

Guys the UNSTUCK REQUEST isn't helping in this case.
Smarti stop giving any hope to the players when you get "you are disconnected from game server" error unstuck isn't working and i think /hope i'm wrong/ GMs and even Carl isn't knowing how to fix this.
I received a reply from GM telling me that Carl is the only person who can fix this.
I want to ask is there any option to give our items to another character when they can't fix this issue but ...... Carl isn't giving permissions to GMs so they can do this.I don't want to prostrate you but there is no hope for our characters for now.
Just wait, wait and keep waiting untill someone have sollution for our problem!

lol can u at least read all the things i said above? i did say the unstuck request is most likely broken and told him bout all the other people it didnt work for

 

No smarti unstuck is working fine /i think/ cuz some normal stuck characters get unstuk its only us "disconecters" which are not fixed with this. Hope there will be any sollution soon .........

 

actually the "disconnect" is an indicator that shows ur character is stuck

btw what were u doing last be4 it started happening? maybe if we gather enough info we can find a correlation between whats whats causing it

 

Yes but most ppl stuck is that they can login with cracters but don't see or use them we can't even login in our characters ..... :S

 

as i said, its a common thing for a lot of people that r actually stuck. the reason why gms keep sending u to get an unstuck request is that it was a solution in the past. the problem is that it is no longer so

Isn't Carl thinkink for good of players anymore?

anyways i just pmed bella bout it, wanna see if shes willing to look into it more. she can get through to carl on msn if necessary so we will see

edit: good news, bella is gonna tell carl bout it so hes at least aware of whats up. doesnt mean ull get a fix yet but its a start

 

i hope there will be any respond cuz Zee,Ashtar and Zodake tryed to help me like that /atleast told me that/ but the resul is same even i didn't login for a few days i tryed today and again received same odd message "You are disconnected from game server" .....
It's very awful to want to play but can not!!!

just before this hapend i equiped full true dragon gear and after disconect i couldn't log in again.
