    like firebong said you dont need them if you go down to the magical ather and try to tap it then it will start ather tapping like you usally would tap normal ather

    Just put the NPC.pak and the buy on the npc thats sells it, I'm sure you dont have the NPC.pak that is why you can't buy on the npc because it's sold out right?
