Cant Start GamezAion [Win7 x64]

Hello everyone! Im new to this game and this forum so hope you deal with me as your god (?) just kidding :B

So let me tell you Im having problems when trying to start the game , look:
I downloaded and installed Aion Launcher and later the game (it tooks like 9 hours I think)
Then downloaded and installed the Gamez launcher in the same page as Aion launcher.
My main disk is C: Drive but for games and other things I use my F: Drive, so I installed the game in there. So my game path is:
FProgram Files (x86)/NCSoft/Aion (mmmm, 24GB... normal? )
FProgram Files (x86)/NCSoft/Launcher (this was for the original game launcher I think)

Then for Gamez Launcher I selected this path:
FProgram Files (x86)/NCSoft/Aion (GAME path)

Simplifying:

But when I try to init the game:

Everything looks good...


UNTIL...

So what do you think? Mistake while installation? . No other error appear

EDIT: THANKS TO HELP ME GUYS IT WAS SUCH A DUMMY PROBLEM XD, YEAH JUST DIRECTX PROBLEM, DOWNLOADED DX9 AND NOW WORKS, THANKS SUZURI AND SMARTIK1! BUT ALSO FIREBONG TO REPLY THANK YOU ALL GUYS!

 

Its not an issue with the launcher, its Aion that is crashing.

Try to launch it as administrator. Also try to update your video drivers, and install DirectX9

i have same problem with 64bit u gotta wait a min or so and it starts up it says it crashed but it keeps goin just wait for it,it works

 

its a directx issue, happens to a lot of people, grab directx 9.0c

@firebong most games freeze when u click at startup but then work xD this issue is different

new graphics cards use directx 10 or 11 but aion is a dx9 game so u need to install dx9 so it knows how to render graphics properly
