Bought Archon Earring For Vote Points, and didn't get it

Hey i bought 20 minutes the Archon Tribunun's Ruby Earrings for 500 Vote Points and didn't get it to my inventory, the inv wasn't full i had 2 slots left in default cube and many slots in other 2 cubes, and still didn't get the earrings. the funny thing is when i go to History it doesn't say that i bought earrings! but i still lost the 500 vote points.

GM can you please check logs or something to see that i didn't get the earrings and that i really bought it and lost the vote points! Please.
