some npc is missing~nyerk?

well for how many days ive spent waiting and trying to find some npc and most of them got a name like shurinerk.. with a "nerk" on end.. coz i want to buy some design but thyr not on their spawning area, tried to use /where and wait to thier spawning area and tried to ask others and just said maybe they were killed or just wait for thatn nerknerk to spawn, but its stilll dsame, im sick of finding it and asking people in game, so i post something in here maybe any1 of you know about this or have same problem so i can crafft the effin materials and bought the effin desgn that can be found only at that nerk2 and ill be more thankfull and gotta love this server and you too <3.

Most designs are sold in Primum/Teminon landings (there are npcs for every crafting profession selling designs).

 

hi, if you mind checking this item"Design: Master Carved Corundum Glasses" is not there, and the npc "Kenshurunerk" i cant find it. i really want to craft that glass please if you know where to find this item , so please help me if you have time.

http://aion.yg.com/npc/kenshurunerk?id=799376 tells me it is in gelmakros but its not there i tried roaming arround in glk found nothing, this shugos are always bothering me in my sleep.
