    lol the material merchant npc is around again? thought it was removed long ago :p or at least its supposed to be

    and no ur not supposed to be able to buy materials from him, so no its not a bug ^^

    just a bugged (probably null) trade list on server. Anyway you cant buy items that this npc is not supposed to sell (according to server and not database ^^).
