Appeal for Kurei

How many time does a bug user needs to go to jail in order to get the IP banned? If im not mistaken 3rd time will be banned. However, my case is not even a msg from GM. then suddenly, i got banned. hello! there are many asmos using bug hide. yet there are not banned nor jail. how about the asmos SM in sanctum with 63K damage, have u ever deal with this guy? I am appealing for this IP banned. It's my 1st time and yet banned my ip? what is wrong with u people? Hope to hear from you soon. Rampant use of this bug will only be away if developers is doing something. U can never control this. Hoping to release my character soon or hear from you soon. Thanks!
