Can't get in a server

Hey,

i'm new in GamezAion. Today i tried to log in. It worked perfectly and i needed to submit the license thing, an then i tried to get into lumiel, but i didn't work. The background was alright but i couldn't do anything anymore.

 

there r a few reasons that could happen. 1 of them is the server being down but thats unlikely coz ud see the server reboot thread floating around

the 2nd is more likely and thats directx. most people these days run directX 10 or 11, but this game runs on dx9 so u need to get it too

it adds the necessary files to render aion graphics properly. should fix ur problem

remember to restart ur pc after installing it, good luck ^^

could u be a little more specific then please? possibly show a screenshot too, would help

another common thing to do after freshly installing aion, is right clicking it in the ncsoft launcher and repairing. then reinstall the gamez launcher and try again

 

i don't know how to repair it. Could you tell me?

 

He already said how :3 Under NCsoft launcher, you just right click on Aion, and hit repair.

 

but i don't really understand it
