GamerzAion Launcher Error Report?

everytime i try to open the launcher, theres an error report, i sent it once, but it still didn't help, is there a fix for it?

 

if u mean the gamez launcher then its likely u need to download .NET framework

otherwise u can use a bat file to run the game and bypass the launcher altogether

in any case u can download .NET framework manually or i think it comes as a part of windows updates

another thing u need to play aion properly is directx 9.0c

ok, so i know i have that directx, but i just figured out i only had net frame 2.0, and my automatic updates has an option to install 3.5

 

take it .NET framework 4 is out but maybe u can do that through windows updates too just to be safe

also u need to to restart ur pc if u just installed that directx for it to work (btw newer directx like 10 or 11 wont work so u still need the old 1 unless u already have it now)

btw u still didnt say what errors u get right now

and the launcher decides to work lol, even wit using it or the BAT files you gave me, its the same messege.

 

ah could u be more specific about the path? there r 2 things i can think of. either u installed the gamez launcher outside of the aion folder or the aion.bin isnt linked properly. also id check region settings

1. run ur ncsoft launcher -> file -> settings -> advanced and make sure region is set to north america. if it isnt, u have to set it and then right click aion and repair (private servers only work with north america. after repair ud need to reinstall the gamez launcher)
2. right click aion -> properties and browse for ur aion\bin32\aion.bin file just to make sure its linked properly, then try again

 

they are all exacty how you explained them, its set in north america, and its linked to the aion.bin.

 

try right click the launcher and run as administrator

a screenshot would be good too, ill look around a bit more

 

ah also forgot to mention, in the ncsoft launcher right click aion -> properties -> language options and make sure its set to english and nothing else. if it was set to something else, change it, repair and reinstall the gamez launcher

 

alright, i tried both, still didn't work, and the it says....

this is when the first screen comes up withe the NCsoft.

 

looked around a bit, most sites say its related to language/region settings. they refer to the L10N folder which contains the language files, try delete it and repair ur client, see if it works then (its the folder u delete when ur game runs in korean and u wanna have it in english, same process too)

dont forget to reinstall the gamez launcher after, then try run it again...sorry bout the chaos lol. gonna keep looking just in case

 

Update ur directx..even if it says u already have directx..u will need the new drivers for it to run gamezaion.....i encountered that problem when i reformat my pc..i thought my directx ive installed is newer but to my mistake it didn't run gamez..i updated it and then it run...

 

i already told him that. he said he already did it so im guessing its not directx this time

if hes really doing the things i told him then we got past the most common solutions. right now its more like trial and error coz im running out of ideas
