Black Problem Help please

    My friend having problem when he launch aion he get aion logo ->Black Screen/NCsoft Logo->and then immidately crash without any error massage
    What he can do?

    it think this happened to me when the items.pak was in the wrong folder...btw the title of this made me laugh
