[Offical] GM to do list

Ok so let me explain what this thread is for.

If you ever need help with a thread/question/hack report or whatever you need to bring attention to a GM post it in this thread. I will try going through this thread each day and completing all this things people post in this thread and other GM are also welcome to aswell

Some people may think this is stupid but having one thread having links to posts that have been waiting for answers for awhile will come in handy for us GMs.

So yeah this is basically a thread to bring posts to GMs attention, just like how some of you PM either ingame and on forum

1. You will have to try and trade with another player since GM's don't swap items
2. Do you have VIP on your account?

If you don't trust them, take a video of the trade so if they do scam you, you have evidence to get your items back. And no, we can't do any swapping of items

Did you make an unstuck request on the website? If so, wait 3-5 days and don't try and log into that character until then otherwise it may not work.

We delete the threads that:
a) Don't show any evidence
b) Sometimes we delete them becuase they don't have enough evidence
c) They get declined

What candy got sent to you? Have you tried relogging?

What items are you missing? I need a list

AM's only take the first amount of people that PM them. So you were most likely to slow to PM. And fyi, it doesn't matter how many times you PM them, sometimes you will be taken off the list if you spam there Chat.

Yes, the credit will be consumed so you can't use them in the item shop. Now to get to the core, you need to fly (obviously xD), just aim your screen to the big orange/yellow thing in the sky and keep flying. If you can;t make it, I suggest you buy better wings from either Panda or Sanctum and also buy some fly pots/scrolls to make you get more flight time and fly faster

Here's my new issue. I can't teleport to Brusthonin. I used the teleport NPC in Pande and now I can't use it. I created a new character which is the only character having an issue about it. I am not quite sure if this is an ongoing issue for new characters. So now, I dunno how to get there.

Hy i had 500 Briliant Magical Aether in Trader Broker when at 02:18 arround there i remove them from Trade Broker to put them at a lower price when suddenly i cannot divide them to 100 pcs each cuz ppl dont buy at stack's of 500pcs. Dont ask me for picture post cuz i cannot post that. I cannot take a Screen shoot to everything i make and everything i do cuz i dont know when something bad happens. I dont make fake posts and some1 can help me cuz that was all that i had left and i was in verry need for allz. Some1 in measure pls replly cuz i need my aether back .I hope some1 can help me . p/s : Im not vip account, how can my ABG hat gone and how can the item can be trade or else..outy:

Actually about 3 month before, i working to try change the password, but there is no the confirmation email in my email's inbox to completing reset the password. Then now, today the item gone. Before this, about 2 month ago, i already lost some item like manastone and enchanting stone, but thats a small matter, now the disaster happen, i lost about 3k credit and many item then before..:andy:

after i post the thread, i tranfer all my gear to my new id, then i put masta bow combine with ABG in my inventory, for breaking fusion before i tranfer to another account, then after relog, The bow is missing, WTH going on.. and I notice that all item that has lost, is in my inventory.. The weird thing is, all item in warehouse and my ABG that I equipped not lost.. So can u tell me why this happen to me? Hacked? Somebody plss explain this... This problem make my head going crazy..

 

I'm not going to read through all these posts to see if it's been posted here but the kisk bug needs to be fixed asap. Binding to kisks is essential to pvp'ing. I'm not going to sit here and make 15 characters to find one that can bind. So i'd suggest getting this fixed first or on the top of the list.

 

Hello there, I've lost my ABG Plate pauldrons +15 at Siel's, my character is "Surie" of Elyos.
As ss shows, I have full abg plate set on my character.

Well I was offline for like 2 months, because of my personal problems and when I came back, I realized that my pauldrons are missing, aint fair:

Please could you gimme back my item, I'd be most grateful for help.
Dont know why its missing, I couldn't trade it away beacuse I hadn't own a vip account, never!
