help lot of bug (quest and TP)

hi all

I have some problems :

_ When I take the tp in inggison to go to sanctum, I appear far away in the map and so I have to die.
_ In inggison I can't do all quest ( I had just done the first one) then they are locked (I'm lvl 51)
_One of my personage is die but he doesn't revive
he revive but he can't do anything and the "bar" with skill, life mana ..., and all game windows don't appear.


can you help me please


PS:sorry for my horrible English but I'm a young French who just learnd English since few years

 

1. the aerolink to sanctum is broken right now, use a teleport scroll or ask another player for one
2. a lot of quests r broken since its a high rate pvp server. check the quest requirements if there r any
3. its the good old death bug, restart ur client and ull be fine

 

thank you for your answer but:
one of my friend who is the same lvl as me can take the Aerolink and the quest in ingisson are not locked for him.
and I tried to restart the client but I was always "died"

 

the aerolink was broken for most people so i find it strange that it works for him

the client restart also used to fix that...strange

idk bout elyos side, i know on asmo side u can take the first 2 or so quests and the rest is bugged there. in any case u can try submit a character unstuck request on the main page in ur control panel for the char that u cant play and wait for next server restart, might fix then

u can always try repair ur client in the ncsoft launcher (reinstall the gamez launcher after) but i dont think thats the reason this time
