new player with big problem

hello guys how are you ? my name is corentin i leave in france and im nice to meet you im a new player here and i ve a big problem i ve follow the notice and i ve confirmed my account and all but when im on the screen where i must to log in when i make my log and my password it's always wrong password or no user name what is the probleme please ?

redownload-download gamezaion laucher and install on currect folder (c/program files/ncsoft/aion) .

um i dont think gamez aion accounts even need confirmation or anything. i have a feeling u registered on retail instead

make sure u made an account here

and if u run the game using the gamez launcher instead of ncsoft launcher, it should let u login

 

me i had a email of comfirmation on my adress email but i ve made an account on your link already an i have ncsoft too i don t understand what is the problem but i download the game again in this moment we will see ...

 

1. you need register on gamezaion website (make an account)
2. you need download gamezaion laucher
3. you need install gamezaion laucher to correct location

after all these u should be able to log in, if no, means u doing something bad.

 

Just folow the steps on the site of Gamez.
Put it to North-America etc.

It should work than.

when i try to install gamezaion launcher with the correct path, aion.bin not found omg

 

let it update i guess, wait a bit dont press "game start" . or be sure you installed it to right folder-location.
