UC add item problem . Please HELP .

    600 credits left . And I buy the Fenris Spear (Character Offline) , and it's not in my inventory , also not in history . I have waited for 2 hours and still did not happen . All my credits gone only 100 left .
    I'm asking GM and he said 'gather some proofs , SS ur inventory and SS ur purchasing history in website , then post them in forum .'


    What can I do GM ?
    I do not think it will be error because previously I was dealing in large quantities ,
    Please Help me , u can check my character and credit logs to proof the truth .
