Constant Disconnects Pls help

Hi, I recently recruited a friend from the NCSoft Aion to this server. I have never had connection problems, but everytime they log in they cant stay on for more than 5 minutes before getting kicked. I had them delete and repatch the 'L10N' folder, made sure they had the right patch, made sure their ncsoft launcher only had the English language checked and was not running in the backround while they were on GamezAion. I dont know what else to tell them, hopefully besides reinstalling. Not much other details, like I said, they just joined and its not just on one character. Any info would be great! (Sooner the better to keep them off of live )

 

You can try to reinstall, download the laters directX + Graphic drivers.

you get random Dc only becoz of ur connection disapearing or getting lags spikes... also try repair ur client with ncsoft laucher. after that redownload and install gamezaion laucher .
