where i can find the vendor of balic designs in abyss?
someone knows the name of the vendor?

 

What are these for?

 

balic items = a preety good set (better than anu for sure)

and for imperador the npc appears random (in abyss i think god knows...)

also, just so you know they look better than the anuhart set at first glance, but the set bonus on anuhart makes it better.

just a little question how about the learning skills? its only 450 max on crafting.. does this mean all the balic recipe are less than 450?????

you craft these balic gears for the purpose of skinning your anuharts or abyss gears...

that's pretty much what they are for on this server

The Balic design sellers get randomaly spawned in the abyss, so naturally we are not going to tell you where they are, it wouldent be very random if we did.
