    If your friend gets disconnected right after login - unstuck request wont help.
    If she gets "blurry" screen then unstuck request on website should help, keep trying. But keep in mind that trying to log in with stuck character before server restart will result in reverting changes made by unstuck process.
    There is possibility that that AM teleported to your friend and got stuck himself, so they're not to blame.

    theyve tried to get her unstuck 5 or 6 times at least, all failed. just give her her items back and she will make new toon. She was full abg donated etc. just resolve this issue now

    There are a few players that no matter how many times I unstick them even from admincp they are not coming unstuck. What Asanka said is true - if you do an unstick request and then try to log your char then it does undo the unstick request. I wont take any further action with these stuck chars until after new emu is implemented. All we can do is to keep trying to unstick your char - I apologize I cannot do more than that at this time.
