"You are disconnected from the game server"

Hi all,this is my first time on the forum and I have a problem with Aion game.After I accept the agreement and conditions in the login page I get the message"You are disconnected from the game server".Why I can't select the servers and start the game?
My account name is Sandru19 on Gamez Aion.Please any GM help me!

 

did it happen after u clicked on the server u chose? coz it sounds identical to the server switching bug

when that happens, u either have to keep trying over and over till it works (had to do it 9 times last time till it worked once) or stay afk on the server select for 5-10 mins and then select one

edit: u only do this once btw (unless u plan to switch back and forth), after that its gonna skip server select and move u directly to char selection after login

 

im getting this prob too i log in just now and all of a sudden accept user agreement and boom disconnected rigth before i can even choose my charcter

 

speaking of chosing servers in my case i cant choose lumiel or siel,i will be directed to the server wer i last logged in and when i select server thats the time im gonna be dced

 

It disconnects after I click the "Agree" button of the license so I can't even see the servers.
Please help me :sad:
