item shop bug

    my account credit is bug. i bought abg necklace from the item shop worth 1k credit..

    when i log in my account after purchasing the item.. it doesnt appear in my inventory..

    i think this is common bug..

    you need proofs of purchase history , ingame iventory and warehouse screenshots. without proofs or something else ur credits cant be refunded.
